It seems weird to say "Happy" Memorial Day, doesn't it? It's not really supposed to be a happy day. I mean this:
![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgj7RSa9-p3JEwQ8LiUsJWuGuiOOQ-2s55N4JvQnI3okwYZMwBnot7PVv_0768lsQfB0r5Lk0OGkJj5iGG5ruCAIfSaIIJniAsqmifECn23e1LDh2wnuvb1DXcpHnJqynpVb8FZmuBc5eGp/s320/arlington_on_memorial_day.jpg)
is what we're supposed to be remembering.
But really, what it is, is this:

So pull out the grill and start remembering and have a "happy" day.
